All items are delivered within 2-3 weeks or as soon as possible depending on availability and demand. We endeavor to keep lures in stock ready to paint upon ordering, but in the event they are in low supply we will notify you of any delays that may be foreseen. We sometimes can't help errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you please let us know so we can correct any mistakes. All the lures have a 100% money back if you aren't happy with the item or it is defective in any way , within 7 days. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
All items purchased through Greenpoint Tackle .Com can be shipped either U.S. Postal Service or UPS, Fed-ex by request if possible . No items will be available for pickup unless by prior agreement.

Out of Stock Items
All items are considered "in stock", because they are made to order . If for some reason, we are out of stock on an item required for a particular lure that you have purchased, you will be notified of the situation. Alternative parts such as eye colors, hook sizes etc... can be varied and offered as alternatives.
Shipping Delays
All the lures are made to order, meaning they are hand carved individually within 2-3 weeks of ordering or sooner, large orders make take longer, please contact before ordering if you need them for a specific date and aren't sure of delivery time. We are not liable for adverse weather conditions, which may delay the delivery of your shipment. Please note that we make every attempt to ship your order as soon as possible. Custom orders may require more time. Once we have shipped your item(s) we are not liable for any delays or damage which may occur due to mail carrier. Insurance is optional and available.

Sales Tax
If the order is shipped within New York State , the law requires that local county sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. Tax is by calculated by New York county level. We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of New York State
